Lake’s you say? We’ll more like ponds... Waterford Ponds may have been a more appropriate description.. and lovely ponds by the way! Considered east Orlando’s largest community, Waterford Lakes is located East of Highway 417 and is off the Alafaya Trail exit of 408 (AKA the East West expressway).  A really convenient place to live. Minutes from UCF, Lockhead Martin, Orlando’s Research Park, and the largest outdoor shopping malls in the southeast, Waterford offers pristine landscaped walking trails, little sub communities within the larger community, great schools and wonderful amenities, this here is a great place to live if your ok with a 30 minute commute to Cru, Wycliffe and another 10 minutes to Lake Nona’s Medical City.
